as ppl knw, ncc talks about brotherhood, teamwork, friendship, etc...
this all requires every individual to work as ONE in the troop...

if ONE's gonna fail to continue with the journey, the rest will help him, instead of moving on without him...

if ONE's gonna be the burden to ALL, then let it be...no matter wad...UNLESS the ONE is gonna giv up TOTALLY and DO NOT wan to continue...

in rgt ncc's, there's a quote tat says: SHOUD LIKE THUNDER, MOVE LIKE LIGHTNING...

BUT INSTEAD, there another quote: IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE...

[THINK POSITIVE...BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, TAT U CAN DO IT!!!]

finally, wad i wanna add on is: alwaes cherish ppl around u, be it ur friends, ur family, etc...sometimes, in a platoon, there might be ONE or TWO "burden", but in any condition, do motivate them, giv them support, make them have confidence in themself, and they might perhaps giv in their full potential and sometimes, do better than any other, and tat's called: TEAMSPIRIT and MOTIVATION...
