Attire: PT kit with green socks,bring along your water bottles(need not necessarily be SBO bottle)
Games: Frisbee

Attendance is COMPULSORY and disciplinary actions will be taken for absence without VALID reasons.Do NOT be late and spread the word to other cadets.

ALL Specialists are expected to turn up and assist in the training.
