Attire: Full U Smart fold With Badges,bring along your water bottles(need not be SBO bottles)

Part B - Drills
Part C - Freestyle(Preparation for Competition)
Part D - Execute and Assist in training
Please iron your uniforms,fold your sleeves properly,season your berets and darken your boots before coming down for training.Improper attire will NOT be accepted and disciplinary actions will be taken.
Attendance is COMPULSORY and disciplinary actions will also be taken for absence without VALID reasons.Do NOT be late and spread the word to other cadets.
ALL Specialists are expected to turn up and assist in the training.
